Tip of the Day: Upper body position correction

If you are working on the idea of “bringing your hips towards your hands” as a position correction for collapsing or letting your seat fall out behind the motion, think instead of bringing your side belt loops (the ones over your pockets, just in front of your hip bones) towards your hands. This will prevent twisting, arching your back or pulling your stomach in, and foster an upright upper body without stiffness.
