Rolex Kentucky So Far…

Screen shot 2014-04-26 at 12.05.21After a breaktakingly flowing, powerful, relaxed and accurate test on her stunning long-term partner Arthur, Allison Springer leads the dressage on 39.5 pens after two days at Rolex Kentucky 4*, and has it all to play for today when XC starts at approximately 3.30pm U.K. time. She was visibly emotional at the end at how hard he had tried for her in an atmosphere which put many horses on edge.

William Fox-Pitt has Bay My Hero very close behind, only 4.5 pen adrift, with Lauren Kieffer on Veronica in third place. The full scoreboard after the dressage is here.

XC action is available to watch on the USEF Network  or on FEI TV today from approximately 3.30pm onwards (UK time).
A tip: if FEI TV won’t work for you, change the setting from HD to Med, and it might work then, and save you a lot of frustration!

Good Luck to all competitors, I sincerely hope all riders and horses come home safe and sound. Derek di Grazia’s Cross Country course looks amazing, and it is unlikely to be a dressage competition from now on!
