Tip of the Day: Two martingale stops per rein

IMG_6243To prevent martingale rings from ever snagging on the point where the rubber joins the leather on the reins, I have a high martingale stop at that point, as well as a lower one to prevent the ring from going down near the bit rings. So, the martingale ring is between the two stoppers. I can’t remember where I first saw this but I find it really useful.
