Tip of the Day: How to even up your seatbones

Following on from yesterday’s post on how to even up your seatbones at halt, this is a way to correct a known problem (if you know you don’t weight them evenly), that can be done out hacking or when schooling.
If you look back over your shoulder, you will weight the other seatbone more, and probably push it forward a tiny bit too.
So, to put extra weight into your left seatbone, because you know you tend to sit to the right, you would look back over your right shoulder. It sounds counter-intuitive, but it really works!
