I have been going to Boot camp once a week and have really noticed a difference in my core within a couple of weeks. Along with boot camp I have also started doing yoga thanks to an awesome yoga app. It is surprisingly tough but great for stretching your back and hip flexors which get really tight through riding.
I have been using yoga studio for 2 weeks now and it’s great. It has loads of different programmes and can be easily slotted into your day. I have noticed I am less tight through my hips.
It was £2.49 and money well spent. The voice and music can be a little annoying but the stretches are great and considering I am someone who gets bored very quickly a 30 minute programme flies past. I tend to do it while waiting for supper to cook having got back from riding.
