Just heard that Lucinda had a bad fall at Tweseldown today, which was so wet and muddy that it looked like The Somme. Have been told that she is in hospital with serious injuries. We all wish her the very best for a full and speedy recovery (and great painkillers in the meantime.)
Updated to add the below official statement from the Fredericks team today:
Lucinda wanted to thank everyone for their kind words and support after her fall, she will remain in hospital for the next 3 – 4 days. She has a broken collar bone and 3 broken ribs. If anyone has any queries please call the office next week.
Although obviously sounding really rather painful we are very glad to hear Lucinda is doing well. I’m sure you will all join us in sending our best wishes to Lucinda and we hope she won’t be out of action for long.
