Hay barrow, with scissors right there, hanging from the handle.
Steamed bale from the Haygain goes into the big barrow and is covered with a plastic sheet (a shower curtain!) to keep the heat and moisture in.
I wouldn’t have thought this was much of a tip, until someone came to my yard and regarded it as pure genius!
I have a separate clean wheelbarrow which is kept just for hay, and holds a whole bale, with a pair of scissors on a hook tied to the handle, so I never have to play ‘hunt the scissors’, which saves loads of time and annoyance – they are always right there.
