Tip of the day Training

Tip of the Day: Up, up, down. Trot your way to balance and stability.

One of the easiest exercises to practice your balance and lower leg stability is to trot, rising for two beats, sitting for one. It sounds deceptively easy!!

This is also a useful way of passing the time when you’re doing “trot” sets for fitness.  You can vary the number of rises but getting into a rhythm makes it harder to “cheat” by gripping during the up phase.
