If you have a problem with rounded shoulders, remember that there’s a joint in the front of your clavicle
on both sides, so think of opening that joint up as you ride round.
If the horse relaxes and softens the moment you do this, you need to do it more often! I always find this one really helpful, it was taught to me by an Alexander Technique instructor decades ago and I still use it for myself and when teaching.
